Info :Rick Malaise started sailing at 16 in his native Sweden, and first began working on charter boats in the Med in the mid-1970's. He has since acquired a lifetime of experience as Captain on yachts and vessels of all kinds, shapes and sizes. Highly knowledgeable about the sea, able to navigate by sextant and stars, Rick is a Captain's Captain.
William Bartels
First Mate / Cruise Manager

Info :Has been navigating as Captain on charter vessels for the past 6 years and has achieved his French captaincy licence. William literally was raised with the sea following 4 years of navigation "around the world" with his family on 38 feet sloop. He got used to serve and entertain by both his tourism course and his 4 years of experience as bartender, nurse assistant and steward. An extremely polite and well-mannered host, he will share his freshness and love of the sea, either in English, French or Spanish.
Will also has excellent management skills which will ensure a good performance concerning the Raja Laut and its crew. He is fond of adventure and sports like waterskiing, diving and snorkelling. His personality fits well with the crew and the Raja Laut; fun and quality with attention to detail.

Info :Caz, as she is affectionately known, is a PADI Instructor and Divemaster who loves her job: diving and being around guests! After completing her degree Caz has spent the last year travelling the world and fell in love with Southeast Asia's many islands and adventures. Caz has wonderful friendliness and natural charm, and looks forward to guiding dives and discovering new sites with you.
