Inspired by the writer Joseph Conrad, and the history of the spice trade, Conrad's Voyage is an epic private yacht charter journey that takes you from the islands of the Andaman Sea, through the Straits of Malacca, via Singapore, Sarawak, and Sabah, to the Berau islands of East Kalimantan (the setting of many of Conrad's novels), and across the Indonesian archipelago through Sulawesi, Halmahera, Ambon and the Banda islands (also known as the Spice Islands).
A voyage for an ambitious adventurer, 6 weeks in duration, it is a journey that reminds us of why maritime Southeast Asia holds a mystique matched by few other areas on earth. With a limitless array of adventures and experiences to be had, both on sea and land, Southeast Asia is a crossroads between Eastern and Western civilizations, with its ancient spice routes, amazing cultural diversity and, at it's heart, the jungles of Borneo, with its history of headhunters, traders and explorers.
