Charter Booking Contract

When you book with us we give you a Charter Booking Contract. The Charter Booking Contract is the most important document you need when you are booking any holiday, anywhere and with any yacht charter operator. It establishes your rights under the rule of law. Our policy is only to engage in ethical business practices. We want our clients to be more than satisfied with our impartial advice, expertise, and services, so that at the end of the day they go home happy and recommend us to their friends.

Travel Insurance/Scuba Insurance

We insist all guests have adequate travel insurance to ensure safety and security. We strongly recommend travel insurance, and we strongly suggest you understand in detail what your travel insurance covers, and what it doesn't, before you decide what coverage is appropriate for you. Coverage varies depending on the provider. Should guests want to dive it is required that you have been covered under your travel insurance or by your own personal scuba diving insurance of choice.

Yacht Insurance

The vessel carries 2 separate insurance policies: 1) Hull & Machinery Insurance, which covers the vessel itself in the event of damage or loss; and 2) Protection & Indemnity Insurance (P&I), which is a third-party insurance and covers passengers and crew during the time they are aboard the vessel. The Limit of Liability is US$500,000,000.00 each incident all claims.

Important to note: P&I Insurance does NOT cover accidents, injuries, or death OUTSIDE of the vessel, e.g. due to any swimming, snorkeling, scuba diving, water-skiing, surfing, kayaking or similar sports, whether supplied by the yacht owner, charterer, or any third party.
